About the Role
As Coordinator Strategic Planning, you will play a key role in advising and guiding planning, future land use and development priorities across the municipality, in support of cohesive managed growth, development and liveability. The position is advertised across two Band levels as follows to attract the right applicant:
- Band 7 ($96,520 - $107,991 per annum) or
Band 8 ($112,094 - $125,612 per annum) - Permanent Full-time or Part-time
- Flexible working arrangements available
About You
You will have a tertiary qualification at Bachelor Degree level or above, in urban and regional planning or related field and Strategic land use planning experience.

Horsham Rural City Council is a vibrant municipality located approximately 300 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. The majority of its 19,880 residents are located in Horsham, a hub for health care, niche retail, education and schooling, community services, arts, sports and culture.
